This is despite the team failing to collect maximum points at home against Livingstone Pirates over the weekend, amassing 62 points after playing 28 games.

Meanwhile, Chikankata based outfit, Riverplate are second with 57 points.

In other weekend results, Play It Forward beat Batoka United, with Maramba Stars stunning Zesco Mazabuka 2-0.
