‘I’ll expose my son’s killer soon’ – Mohbad’s dad
Joseph Aloba, the father of the late singer Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, widely known as Mohbad, has asserted that he is aware of the individual accountable for his son’s demise.
Mohbad passed away in circumstances surrounded by controversy on September 12, 2023, and was interred the subsequent day. However, in response to public demands for a thorough investigation into his abrupt death, his remains were exhumed approximately a week later for a post-mortem examination.
While awaiting the outcome of the autopsy, Mr. Aloba has publicly declared that the individual responsible for his son’s passing is someone in close proximity to him. In an audio message circulating on social media, he vowed to disclose the identity of his son’s perpetrator soon.
“I am cognizant of who ended Mohbad’s life. The individual is in close proximity, and I will disclose their identity to the world soon,” he proclaimed in the widely circulated audio.

The tales of Olamide’s benevolence is well known in the Nigerian music industry not by himself. He doesn’t blow his trumpet, his benefactors always spill the beans.
