The story of a man whom was rejected by the dea.d and the living during his last days, is one a few of the Nkanu people of Enugu state may not not forget in a hurry.

He was said to have sinned against his brother during his youthful days.

It was his brother, Nwamba who took him from the village to join him in his growing business in Lagos.

He ate off his brother’s sweat, rested under his brother’s roof and above all he ate the only sacred food that belonged to his brother.

He and his brother’s wife, Eliza had an affair behind his brother.

She bore two sons for him under his brother’s roof.

Soon after his brother fell ill and di.ed myste.riously.

Since he had mastered his brother’s trade, he had to take over the trade.

In those days ‘Ikuchi nwanyi’ was well practised.

He married his brother’s wife as was the custom.

She die.d after many years.

Nwamba went on to live till he had seen his children’s children.

He was bedridden and people expected him to di.e naturaly.

But everyday he remained.

He was neither de.ad nor alive- something the Igbos refers to ‘odi ndu onwu ka mma’

He had raise alarm.

The elders gathered round him to enquire why he was stuck between the living and the de.ad.

He wept and said the ancestors has refused him entrance because of the taboo he committed while he was in the city.

He was then he opened his mouth and confessed to the elders what he had done in his youthful age.

The elders though angry at him, they had to appease the ofo lest Nwamba’s soul shall remain outcast both from the land of the living and the land of the departed ance.stors.

The rituals was made to appease his late brother’s soul.

Big Brother Naija reality star and disc jockey, Tolani Baj, has expressed her admiration for embattled cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye, aka Bobrisky.

She said she loves Bobrisky because he chooses whatever gender he wants to play at any point in time.

The reality star spoke in the teaser of the upcoming episode of the Bahd and Boujee Podcast, co-hosted by her and actress Moet Abebe.

The Elegushi of the Ikate, Elegushi Kingdom, Lagos State, Oba Saheed Elegushi, has denied allegations claiming he is the father of Late Mohbad’s son, Liam Aloba.

Speaking via a statement by his media consultant, Deyemi Saka, the monarch described the rumors as a desperate attempt to tarnish his reputation by dragging him into the paternity dispute of Liam.

reports that following the passing of Mohbad, the paternity of his son has been called into question.

Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, insisted on a paternity test to ascertain if the late singer was indeed the father of his grandson.

Among the reactions to the paternity dispute was the allegation that Oba Elegushi could have fathered Mohbad’s son.

A TikToker by the name Oloriebimusicproduction2, made several posts on his TikTok page, alleging that the monarch might be implicated in the death of the late Mohbad.

It was also claimed that the monarch was leveraging his influence to obstruct justice for the late singer.

Reacting to the allegation, the monarch insisted that they were baseless accusations aimed at soiling him image.

Oba Elegushi also disclosed that a petition has been filed against individuals propagating these allegations.
