Her name is Oge Okoye, a famous Nigerian actress, model, producer, television personality, entrepreneur and philanthropist.

Oge Okoye was born on November 16, 1980 in London, United Kingdom. She is currently 43 years old.

She was born to Nigerian parents of Igbo descent and later relocated back to Lagos, Nigeria with her family. She celebrated her birthday yesterday.

Oge Okoye hails from Nnewi in Anambra State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. Her father’s name is Mazi Okoye, who passed on in 2000 while her mother’s name is Lolo Okoye, both devoted Anglicans.

Upon returning to Nigeria, Oge Okoye attended the University Primary School, Enugu for her primary school education and obtained her First School Leaving Certificate. She subsequently enrolled at the Holy Rosary College, Enugu for her secondary school education where she obtained her West African Senior School Certificate.

After completing her secondary school education, Oge Okoye attended Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in Anambra State, Nigeria and graduated with a bachelors degree in Theatre Arts.

In 2001, at the age of 21, Oge Okoye joined the Nigerian movie industry and in 2002 she rose to fame after starring in the Nollywood blockbuster movie “Spanner” alongside with Chinedu Ikedieze (Aki).

In 2015, she starred in the popular television series “Hotel Majestic”, where she played the role of Patricia the Chamber Maid. The series gave her a nomination for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards.

Oge Okoye is very beautiful, creative, skillful, gifted and highly talented Nollywood actress, known for good interpretation of movie roles. She is known for her romantic roles in Nollywood movies.

She has acted alongside with Nigerian actors and actresses like Stephen Odimgbe, Chioma Akpotha, Ini Edo, Andy Chukwu, Joyce Kalu, Chizzy Alichi, Ngozi Ezeonu, Jnr Pope, Zack Orji, amongst others.

She is known for Spanner (2002), Ultimate Warrior (2007), The Otedolas (2021).

Oge Okoye was married to her estranged husband, Mr. Stanley Duru and the marriage was blessed with two beautiful kids. They wedded in 2005.

A medical doctor, identified on Twitter as Dr Pharouk, has created a stir online with his advice to women using singer Kizz Daniel and his wife as case studies.

In a lengthy Twitter post, he shared a story Kizz Daniel made in the past while talking about his wife, who he revealed believed in him when he started his music career. The singer disclosed that his wife would bring food for him when he spent hours in the studio and was mocked by her friends who claimed he couldn’t sing.

Kizz Daniel stated that his wife and his brother stood by him and were the only ones liking his posts, and she was the one who paid for his first song, which was N10,000.

Using his story as a case study, Dr Pharouk stated that men are grateful people as there is nothing one would do for them that they will forget completely. He avowed that men will always be there for women who stood by them and respected them at their low moments.

He admonished ladies to show their struggling boyfriends.

Popular skit maker, Sabinus reminds Nigerians that it’s naira they shouldn’t spray as he begs them to spray perfume while recounting an unpleasant experience after hugging a fan.

The content creator took to social media to raise an alarm as he claimed that a lot of Nigerians are no longer spraying perfume.

He reminded them that what the government said was they shouldn’t spray naira notes, however, some have taken it upon themselves not to also spray perfume.

Sabinus recalled how a fan hugged him and the smell oozing from the armpit was too much for him to bear.
